This Laws & Rules 8-hour course is required for applicants for Social Work, Marriage and Family or Mental Health licensure.  Seasoned professionals who wish to update their knowledge of current Laws and Rules will also find this stimulating course to be interesting and dynamic.  The course contains all pertinent laws and rules to aid mental health professionals in avoiding malpractice problems, adhering to licensure requirements and protecting clients’ welfare.

	Integrating laws and rules with clinical practice through discussion, case examples and vignettes
