Nonviolence Education and Anger Management Classes
Classes provide an economical option and the benefit of interaction with others for participants. Working with others with similar problems has been shown to maximize understanding and changes. Here are brief descriptions of a couple of our courses.
Domestic Abuse or Domestic Violence
Have you found yourself struggling with a relationship that is in serious jeopardy due to your verbal and psychological treatment of your girlfriend or wife? Have you gone beyond verbal to physical violence (pushing to slapping) and beyond, striking her? Your relationships can be of any duration from a few months to 30+ years, and yet it and you are in distress.
Nonviolence education classes explore the cultural and societal supports for violence against women while holding the participant responsible for his violence. Procedures and tools are used to explore each man’s actions and beliefs that support and justify his violence while teaching him new skills for leading a peaceful, non-violent, non-controlling life. Attend now and change your life. Read more here: http://www.drwaltz.com/batterer-interventions/frida2
