This course provides important information on the destructive nature of unresolved anger and how forgiveness can help clients let go of the past and work toward a healthy future. Also addressed are issues presented and triggered by resistant clients. Case studies, vignettes and open discussion are used and the workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioner.

	Define anger, unresolved anger and contrast the definitions with observable behavior
	Define forgiveness
	Identify and discuss levels of forgiveness
