This 8-hour continuing education workshop will take participants from the basic understanding of the difference between "content" and "process" to more effect use of the approach and interventions.  The "Process-oriented" approach to supervision enhances your effectiveness in working with supervisees, clients, self and others.  The expanded time frame allows many opportunities to observe and practice process skills.
