Here’s your opportunity for personal and interactive training on supervision in a small group.  We provide intensive, individualized training geared toward making supervision a safe and growth-filled experience for supervisors and supervisees.  The two-day (16 hour) training is interactive and process-oriented. 

This training meets the Florida Department of Health, Medical Quality Assurance requirements for becoming a Qualified Supervisor.

Participants will:

	Become familiar with models of supervision
	Understand the co-evolving relationship dynamics between therapist-client and supervisor-therapist-client
	Address contextual variables such as culture, gender, ethnicity, power and economics
	Become familiar with ethical, legal and regulator issues of supervision
	Understand the role of evaluation in supervision
