Women at the Crossroads
Midlife is a time of profound transition for women, as they experience changes in their roles, families, bodies and identities. These changes can bring the exhilarating freedom of possibility, as well as the anxiety of change and the experience of being uprooted. Women at midlife often need both solitude and safe places to speak of their experiences as they unfold. Members of the group are invited to examine their own process as well as their thoughts, feelings and relationships to one another.

Women Relating to One Another
For women, our learning and growth often occur through our connections to others. Because relationships are central to women, groups offer an ideal place to create safety, learn from on another, and try out new ways of being in the world. The members of the group are invited to examine their own process as well as their thoughts, feelings and goals in their journey toward wholeness.

Women in Abusive Relationships
For some women relationships have been unsafe and threatening. Learning, growth and healing often occur through our connections to others with whom we can relate. Because relationships are central to women, groups offer an ideal place to create safety, learn from on another, and try out new ways of being in the world. The members of the group are invited to learn about the roots of abusive behaviors and examine the cultural and societal supports for violence against women. All the while members explore their own process including their thoughts, feelings and goals in their journey toward safety and healing.
